In Layton, Utah, Jon confronts Brandon, the emotionally exhausted owner of Linda Lou's Time for Two, who has bled himself and his mother dry trying to keep the bar open.

Jon is in Midvale, Utah, to meet The Union owner Bill, who is over $500,000 in debt and hasn't picked up any of the bar knowledge required to help his staff.

Jon is in Albuquerque, NM, to help Commander Rudy and his staff recruit young veterans to become members and inject new life into his VFW Post 6216 bar and hall.

Jon is brought in to save The Sandbar in Albuquerque, New Mexico, but before he can save the failing beach-themed bar, he has to figure out who the actual owner is first.
